Low DNA Binding Plates
- Azenta Life Sciences offer low binding products, recommended to support sensitive techniques such as qPCR and Next Generation Sequencing (NGS), as well as storage of samples.
- Manufactured using selected low-bind polymers, DNA loss is minimized during incubation and sample transfer, making it the ideal solution for use in applications with low DNA input.
- Low binding feature results from selected low-bind polymers, no coating is used to achieve the binding characteristics. No contamination or modification of the samples.
- Tested under a broad temperature range. Maximum DNA recovery after low temperature storage and high temperature incubations.
- No detectable DNA loss during incubation steps and sample transfer in NGS sample prep and library construction. Ideally suited for sensitive applications with ultra-low nucleic acid input.
