Description
Cephalexin is an inhibitor of bacterial cell wall synthesis. The antibioticum inhibits the crosslinking of peptidoglycan by binding and inactivating of transpeptidases. Active against gram-posi-ti-ve bacteria and moderately active against gram-negative bacteria. ß-lactamase sensitive.
