The VERITY® 281 LCMS System combines the versatility of a large capacity platform with the single quad VERITY® 1920 Mass Spectrometer equipped with electrospray ionization (ESI) or atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI) ion source. This is the ideal solution for laboratories seeking effective isolation of hundreds of pure compounds from synthetic and natural products from lab to pilot scale with selective MS detection.
High Throughput Purification in a Space-Saving Design
The VERITY 281 LCMS System is built around the GX-281 Liquid Handler a few µL to tens of mL from hundreds of samples and fractions collection vessels from a few milliliters to hundreds of milliliters.
Purify with Confidence
With the VERITY® 1920 MS, you will save valuable time and maximize productivity as targeted fraction collection reduces post-purification work and purity analysis. With a mass range of 10-2000 m/z, the VERITY 1920 MS helps you easily detect large molecules such as peptides and small proteins. Many biomolecules carry multiple charges with electrospray ionization, so even proteins of several tens of kDa can be measured within the 2,000 m/z range.
Modular Components for a Multitude of Options
Using this large capacity liquid handler as a starting point, choose from several high-pressure gradient mixing pumping solutions, achieving flow rates up to 200 mL/min and pressures up to 8700 psi (600 bar), and combine it with one of the valves switching options available to automate any purification workflows. Gilson systems can support scaling up from 4.6 mm up to 50 mm ID columns.
