Description
The CoolBox XT Cooling Workstation Core provides up to 16 hours of 0.5 to 4℃ cooling with lid on and over 10 hours with lid off in CoolBox XT and CoolBox 2XT Cooling Workstations. The Cooling Core provides up to 4 hours of 2°C cooling in CoolBox XT Starter cooling system. The Freezing Core provides up to 8 hours of below 0℃ freezing with CoolBox XT lid on and over 5 hours with lid off.
Both cooling and freezing cores feature a thermo-conductive surface for uniform temperature distribution.

How it Works: Ease of Use
- Freeze the Core in -20°C freezer until frozen
- Place frozen core in system base/holder
- In CoolBox XT and CoolBox 2XT, keeping the lid closed helps extend sample cooling/freezing duration
- Keep additional cooling or freezing cores in the freezer for flexibility and extended duration
- CoolBox 2XT Cooling Workstation, Double Capacity holds two Cooling/Freezing Cores
