VERITY\u00ae GPC Cleanup System with optional VERITY\u00ae 1741 UV-VIS Detector<\/h3>\n

GPC Cleanup is a size exclusion cleanup procedure that uses organic solvents for the mobile phase and a specialized column packed with a divinylbenzene-styrene copolymer. The most typical packed phase is BioRad\u2019s Envirobeads\u00ae SX-3 resin, packed into a glass column with the mobile phase of interest. Stainless steel and other columns specific for GPC cleanup are also available. GPC cleanup is performed after sample extraction and is thus a post-extraction cleanup method. This method is recommended for the post-extraction elimination of lipids, polymers, copolymers, proteins, natural resins, cellular components, and other high molecular weight compounds from the analytes of interest.<\/p>\n

Product Design<\/h3>\n

The Automated GPC Cleanup Systems are available in two configurations, with and without a VERITY\u00ae 1741 UV-VIS Detector. Both systems are configured with a VERITY\u00ae 3011 Isocratic Pump with a 10Sc head, a GX-271 Liquid Handler with GX Direct Injection Module and fraction collection valve, a GPC Cleanup Accessory Kit, and TRILUTION\u00ae LC software, including GPC methods and instructions.<\/p>\n
