Permeable supports, also known as cell culture inserts, are an essential tool for the study of both anchorage-dependent and<\/span>independent cell lines. <\/span>
\nThis product produce a cell culture environment that closely resembles an in vivo state. Allow polarized cells to carry out<\/span>metabolic activities in a more natural manner because the cells feed both apically and basolaterally.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Attachment of cells grown on a permeable support (membrane) is sensitive to the initial seeding density, so the initial use should be inoculated with different density guarantee optimal growth;
\n\u2022During the cultivation process, the liquid should be taken through the gap between the upper layer and the hole. When adding liquid, be careful and slow to avoid the damage of the membrane;
\n\u2022Incubation of the permeable support in the medium prior to culturing the cells can improve cell attachment and distribution.
