Permeable supports, also known as cell culture inserts, are an essential tool for the study of both anchorage-dependent and\u00a0independent cell

Attachment of cells grown on a permeable support (membrane) is sensitive to the initial seeding density, so the initial use should be inoculated with different density guarantee optimal growth;<\/span><\/div>\n
During the cultivation process, the liquid should be taken through the gap between the upper layer and the hole. When adding liquid, be careful and slow to avoid the damage of the membrane;<\/span><\/div>\n
Incubation of the permeable support in the medium prior to culturing the cells can improve cell attachment and distribution.<\/span><\/div>\n
