GelNest\u2122 Matrix is derived from mouse tumor tissue and contains extracellular matrix components such as laminin, type IV collagen, <\/span>heparan sulfate proteoglycans, and more. These components support cell adhesion, differentiation, and proliferation, providing signals for these processes. Storage and Operation Instructions<\/strong><\/span>
\nTo store GelNest\u2122 Matrix, it is recommended to keep it in a -20\u00b0C freezer until ready for use. Prior to initial use, thaw the gel and divide it\u00a0 <\/span>into single-use portions. Store these portions in a -80\u00b0C freezer for a maximum of 2 years. Please note that GelNest\u2122 Matrix Gel should not\u00a0 <\/span>be stored in a frost-free freezer.<\/span>
\nGelNest\u2122 Matrix is in a liquid state at 4\u00b0C and transitions into a gel state at 37\u00b0C. It starts to solidify into a gel when the temperature\u00a0<\/span>exceeds 10\u00b0C. For optimal performance, it is advised to pre-chill the pipette tips and conduct the procedures on ice.<\/span><\/p>\n
