Both plate formats \u2013 open format and 12 column format \u2013 are compatible with standard 12 and 96 well channel pipettes, and are suitable for automated systems, for instance the PerkinElmer<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>\u00a0Sciclone<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>\u00a0NGS Workstation.<\/p>\n<p>These plates are manufactured in cleanroom facilities which are certified free of RNase, DNase, human genomic DNA and endotoxins. We use only the highest medical grade virgin polypropylene with high resistance against chemicals such as DMSO, phenol, and chloroform.<\/p>\n<p>Pyramid channel bases are best for small volume recovery.
