This kit can also be used for the preparation of genomic DNA from mouse tail snips, whole blood, buffy coat, serum, and plasma. This kit can process single or multiple samples simultaneously. There is no need for phenol\/chloroform extractions and time-consuming steps such as precipitation with isopropanol or ethanol are eliminated.
